The Opportunity
The Associate, Workplace Experience plays a pivotal role in creating a welcoming, efficient, and inspiring workplace environment at Pathstone’s Atlanta, GA office. This individual will serve as both the first point of contact for clients and guests and a key support resource for firm leadership. The successful candidate will bring warmth, professionalism, and strong organizational skills to ensure that every client and team member experiences the highest level of service and engagement. In addition to overseeing day-to-day office operations and hospitality, this role provides administrative support to members of the leadership team and contributes to broader workplace initiatives that enhance culture and efficiency across the firm.

The Position

Key Responsibilities

  • Workplace Experience – Create a professional and welcoming environment that reflects Pathstone’s commitment to excellence and hospitality. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, guests, and team members to ensure a consistent, high-quality experience.
  • Client Engagement – Oversee logistics for client visits, including meeting room scheduling, catering arrangements, technology setup, and hospitality coordination (e.g., transportation, accommodations, and concierge services).
  • Office Events & Culture – Support the planning and execution of firm and office events such as workshops, client meetings, social gatherings, and team activities. Coordinate cultural initiatives including birthday celebrations, appreciation events, and seasonal functions.
  • Facilities Management – Maintain office functionality and appearance by managing supplies, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring shared spaces (reception, conference rooms, café, kitchen) are clean and well-presented at all times.
  • Administrative Operations – Handle incoming and outgoing mail, documents, and packages. Oversee check delivery, deposit, and printing in accordance with firm policies and maintain accurate electronic records and logs.
  • Budget & Vendor Oversight – Track office budgets, process invoices, and monitor vendor relationships to ensure cost-effectiveness and adherence to Pathstone standards.
  • Leadership Support – Provide administrative and logistical support for 2–3 senior leaders, including calendar management, travel coordination, document preparation, and expense reporting.
  • Continuous Improvement – Participate in firmwide initiatives aimed at enhancing the workplace experience across Pathstone’s national network. Contribute creative ideas to strengthen employee engagement and operational efficiency.

The Ideal Candidate

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant coursework or equivalent experience in business administration, communications, or hospitality is an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Professional demeanor with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach to client service and office management.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities.
  • Creative thinker who is passionate about improving the workplace and client experience through thoughtful, detail-oriented execution.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Microsoft Teams, and CRM systems such as Salesforce.
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills with the ability to make sound decisions independently.
  • Collaborative, positive, and dependable team player who maintains composure under pressure and embodies Pathstone’s core values.
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds and perform basic physical office tasks as needed.
