The Opportunity
This position offers an outstanding opportunity for an emerging professional with experience in wealth management, professional services, or family office operations to contribute meaningfully to a leading multi-family office platform. As a key member of the Client Service Team, the Client Service Associate will collaborate closely with Lead Advisors to deliver exceptional service and a seamless experience for high-net-worth families. The successful candidate will exercise sound judgment, discretion, and initiative in managing complex financial, legal, and personal data, and will play a vital role in advancing Brighton Jones’ Family Office offering through strategic partnership, operational excellence, and client advocacy.

The Position
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Partnership – Partner with Lead Advisors to design and implement strategies that address the unique needs of high-net-worth families and Family Office clients.
- Client Engagement – Attend select client meetings, analyze discussions, identify action items, and ensure seamless follow-up and execution of client deliverables.
- Relationship Management – Serve as a trusted liaison for families, custodians, and external partners, exercising professionalism, judgment, and discretion in all communications.
- Operational Oversight – Evaluate client requests, recommend solutions, and oversee implementation with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and confidentiality.
- Data and Process Stewardship – Collect, analyze, and maintain complex financial and legal data within CRM (Salesforce) and related systems; ensure the integrity and confidentiality of all client information.
- Transaction Management – Oversee and verify money movement requests, including capital calls, distributions, trades, and transfers, ensuring compliance and precision before approval.
- Client Experience Leadership – Partner with Advisors to manage onboarding, implementation, and ongoing service for complex family relationships; identify opportunities to elevate the client experience and strengthen engagement.
- Quality Control – Lead efforts to maintain accuracy and mitigate risk across all client deliverables; ensure that all communications and outputs meet the firm’s highest standards.
- Cross-Team Collaboration – Work closely with internal teams to advance the Family Office service offering and participate in strategic initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and client impact.
The Ideal Candidate
Qualifications:
- 1–4 years of professional experience within financial services, family office, multi-family office, or related professional services environment, with direct client-facing responsibilities.
- Bachelor’s degree required; concentration in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Economics preferred.
- Professional presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills; capable of engaging confidently with clients, advisors, and external partners.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required; experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms preferred.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and collaborative with a demonstrated commitment to client service excellence.
Compensation:
A competitive compensation package will be offered, including an annual salary in the range of $90,000 – $110,000 commensurate with experience, as well as eligibility for performance incentives.
