This position will be based in the Singapore office, supporting the firm’s global financial operations and initiatives across regions.
The Opportunity
The Finance Operations Associate will play an essential role in ensuring the smooth execution of financial operations within the Dalio Family Office’s Singapore entity. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and analytically minded professional to contribute to the efficiency, accuracy, and compliance of the family office’s finance function. The successful candidate will support the management of accounts payable and receivable, budgeting and reporting processes, credit card administration, procurement, vendor management, and banking compliance. The role will require a collaborative and proactive approach, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining operational excellence and integrity in all financial matters.

The Position
Key Responsibilities
- Accounts Payable & Receivable – Review vendor invoices for accuracy and completeness; record and track payables and receivables, ensuring timely processing and payment authorization; oversee staff expense claims for compliance with internal policies; monitor intercompany balances and banking transactions.
- Budgeting & Reporting – Assist with budget tracking and analysis, including reviewing Actual vs. Budget (AvB) reports and monitoring expense trends; support the preparation of management reports and variance analyses as required.
- Credit Card Management – Administer credit card issuance, renewals, and cancellations in coordination with the issuing bank; monitor monthly usage and ensure timely settlements; review cardholder eligibility and spending limits; process and validate expense submissions.
- Procurement & Vendor Management – Coordinate the vendor onboarding and contracting process, ensuring appropriate review and authorization before execution; maintain accurate vendor records and collaborate with the Security and Legal teams on due diligence and compliance reviews.
- Banking & Compliance – Support Know-Your-Client (KYC) documentation and bank relationship management in partnership with Legal and Compliance teams; ensure adherence to internal and regulatory standards.
- Finance Process Management – Contribute to the design, documentation, and continuous improvement of financial processes; assist the COO’s office in implementing enhanced workflows, systems, and internal controls to promote operational efficiency and compliance.
- Collaboration & Support – Partner effectively with cross-functional teams across regions, providing timely and accurate financial data, operational insight, and support for ad hoc initiatives or audits.
The Ideal Candidate
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in finance operations, accounting, or related roles within a corporate, investment, or family office environment.
- Strong understanding of core financial processes including payables, receivables, reconciliations, and internal controls.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with financial or ERP systems; strong analytical and quantitative skills.
Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes:
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
- Effective communicator with the ability to interact professionally with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Experience with vendor management, procurement workflows, and expense reporting systems.
- Familiarity with banking operations, credit card administration, and financial compliance requirements, including KYC and third-party due diligence.
- Self-motivated and adaptable; capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative team player with a proactive mindset and commitment to operational excellence.
- Integrity, discretion, and respect for confidentiality in all aspects of financial operations.
Compensation:
A competitive salary will be offered, commensurate with experience and qualifications. The compensation package includes a comprehensive employer-paid medical plan and CPF contributions.
